Mission

At CustomerSuccessBox, we are on a mission to make every customer successful. At the core, CustomerSuccessBox is a B2B SaaS-based customer success company and our entire team is very much aligned towards customer success. Backed with a million dollars in March 2018 by pi Ventures and Axilor Ventures, CustomerSuccessBox was built from a clear need for a solution which could deliver ‘proactive’ customer success.

Customer Success is greatly enhanced by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to understand customer onboarding, product adoption and usage analysis, and calculating customer health score. It enables success managers to deliver a consistent customer onboarding experience, improve retention, drive upsell and improve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and lifetime value (LTV) for SaaS businesses.

CustomerSuccessBox processes millions of activities from 100,000 plus end users every week and the patent pending technology is built to handle ~ 2,200 events/second to monitor customer account health. CustomerSuccessBox is being used by global clients like XebiaLabs, WizIQ, Synup and WoowUp.

Non-Hierarchical Organization

There are no silos, the organization runs flat. We work out of 91springboard’s co-working space in sector 18, Gurgaon. So, there are no cabins or appointments. From our founder to interns, everyone is accessible to everyone. You call people by name and we love opinions, as long as they are backed by data.

The Journey of Our Founders So Far

 Puneet Kataria, Founder & CEO, CustomerSuccessBoxPuneet Kataria, Founder & CEO: Puneet leads CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this he was VP of Sales & Marketing at a SaaS company. In 17 years of professional experience, he has been a proven leader at ThoughtWorks, IBM, Telelogic and an Engineer with Honeywell Aerospace. He has grown startups to ~$10 million in revenue and managed 10,000+ accounts. Puneet is an alumni of IIM-Bangalore and has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

 

Amritpal Singh, Co-founder & CTO, CustomerSuccessBoxAmritpal Singh, Co-founder & CTO: Amrit leads technology and engineering at CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this, Amrit developed four other platforms from scratch. He has worked at Droom (founded by Sandeep Aggarwal, founder of Shopclues), Kayako and has been a co-founder of a healthcare startup. He is a regular open source contributor and has developed 70+ repositories.
